Join us to learn the basics of Macrame together in a fun and supportive environment. In this 3hr workshop Tracey will teach you the basic knots to get you started and complete beautiful mood lamp.

If you participated in one of the Macrame workshops last time please leave the space open for someone new to try.

All materials and equipment are included in this class. Morning tea is included! Bring any clean 400g macrame jars you might have to help keep stocks up for this course (Optional).

Meet your Facilitator - Tracey Hunter

Hi, my name is Tracey, and I am an addicted macrame maker / teacher. I have been happily knotting for the past few years, and have had the pleasure in teaching my skills to many people.

This art is so therapeutic for so many people, and I love that it brings those who are keen to learn this art, together in a happy environment, and due to macrame becoming more evolved over the years, it’s always fun and interesting, making something for either sustainable living, or just a beautiful piece to hang on a wall. And there’s nothing more satisfying than creating something with your own hands, be it in neutral earthy tones, or bright and bold - whatever tickles your fancy!

Registration is free but essential.
