Her journey has been driven by an insatiable curiosity about how the body responds to trauma and how it can heal.

Lucy is particularly passionate about creating supportive communities and advocating for men’s mental health. She specializes in breathwork, coaching, death and rebirth, transformation, and healing. Lucy collaborates with a PT studio to launch men’s events focused on heavy lifting, breathwork, and cold exposure. These events aim to help men boost testosterone, energy levels, and overall wellness. Lucy seeks to introduce men to a new way of living beyond the pub scene, emphasizing practical techniques for resilience and invigoration.
