Modern @ Monument Brewing (October)

Join us at Monument City Brewing for modern class with Amber and the crew! 

This unique modern class is designed to invigorate your body and soul, whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to break a sweat in a fun, unconventional setting. This introduction-intermediate class begins with a collaborative warm-up experience, followed by movement across the floor which moves into learning a combination. The classes always end with a cool down, stretch, and breath sequence.  

What to wear:  

We recommend wearing tennis shoes for this class as we potentially move with small jumps through small amounts of class. 

What to expect: 

• Accessible yet challenging exercises
• High energy in the space
• Swirling, twirling, yet grounded and purposeful movement
• Stretch and breath

Beer and Ballet is known for its community outreach and positive spirit. There is always an “After Class Hangout” where participants are invited to stay at the brewery to meet new people, talk about class, chat about the brews they are enjoying, and experience a new community.

Please note: Tickets before the date of the event are $15. Tickets purchased day of the event are $18. We highly suggest grabbing your spot early. There are no refunds 48 hours before the event.
