    My Cultura Peru is back with the best of Modern Peruvian Cuisine.
    We will bring you a fun evening of Peruvian music, great food, signature Pisco cocktails. The bar will be open from 5:30 pm serving amazing cocktails, craft beers, South American, and NZ wines.

    4 COURSE TASTING MENU - $80

    • Causa de Escabeche de Pollo / Chicken Escabeche Causa: golden potato puree with spinach and aji amarillo paste, marinated vegetables and chicken breast in escabeche salsa
    • Chupe de Camarones / Prawns Chowder: Mixed chillies based thick and hearty chowder with seasonal vegetables, black mint Huacatay, feta cheese, prawns and broken egg
    • Aji Panca Rape and Quinoa Tagliatelle - Monkfish marinated in Aji Panca, homemada toasted quinoa tagliatelle, andean chimichurri sauce
    • Tocino del cielo - "Bacon from Heaven" - Not a flan, not a creme caramel. The coconut makes it unique, rich caramel sauce and forrest berries.

    VEGETARIAN OPTION

    • Causa with vegetables in escabeche sauce
    • Cauliflower Stir fry - juicy, aromatic!
    • Cougette & Mushrooms marinated in aji panca on homemada toasted quinoa tagliatelle, andean chimichurri sauce
    • Tocino del cielo - "Bacon from Heaven"
