Modern Tranquility

A Hands-On Reiki & Crystal Alchemy Sound Experience

Allow yourself to step away from the outside world and into 90 minutes of deep rest, stillness and connection.

Modern Tranquility brings together the gentle healing energy of hands-on Reiki with the beautiful frequencies and vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, creating an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, soften and simply receive.

Throughout the evening, Rich & Emma of Elemental & Co will move gently throughout the space, offering each guest hands-on Reiki healing. As you settle into this deeply relaxed and receptive state, Lauren of The Modern Bohemian will create an immersive live sound journey using her Crystal Alchemy Bowls, allowing Reiki, sound and vibration to flow together throughout the room.

There is nothing you need to achieve and nowhere you need to get to. Simply lie back, close your eyes and allow yourself to be held within the experience.

We’ll also allow some gentle time at the end of the journey to return to the space, reflect and journal anything that may have come forward for you during the experience.

Rest • Receive • Reconnect

What’s provided & what to bring

Inflatable mattresses will be provided for every guest, so you can settle comfortably into the experience.

Please bring a pillow and blanket, water bottle, and a pad/journal and pen for reflection afterwards. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and anything else that will help you feel warm and relaxed while lying down.

Health, safety & consent

Reiki is offered as a hands-on experience, but your comfort and boundaries are always respected. If you would prefer Reiki without physical touch, please let us know before the session and we will happily accommodate this.

Sound and vibration can be experienced quite intensely by some people. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures, a pacemaker or implanted medical device, significant hearing/sound sensitivity, or any medical condition you are unsure about, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before attending and letting the facilitators know beforehand so appropriate adjustments can be considered.

You are always welcome to change position, sit up, step outside or leave the experience at any point if you feel uncomfortable.

This event is intended for relaxation and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health treatment.
