This workshop will explore the foundations of modular synthesis using the free and incredible VCV Rack software. You'll learn how to navigate the modular environment, understand signal flow, and build patches from the ground up. This session is ideal for beginners and anyone looking to better understand the building blocks of modular synthesis.

We will also touch on the history of modular synthesis and compare various formats.

This is a bring your own/ BYO- Laptop or iPad workshop.

We highly recommend bringing a mouse too.

*A limited number of iPads will be available for those without a working laptop or iPad.
