2PM - 5PM : DEMYSTIFYING TANTRA with WARATAH

WHAT IS "DEMYSTIFYING TANTRA WITH WARATAH"?

Demystifying Tantra. Come and land into the basics of mindfulness within intimacy. Learning to create deep connection from a place of grounded calm. Waratah has been presenting the profound beauty of Tantra for over 10 years. Steeped in her work as a Sex and Relationship therapist, she creates a safe space to explore. With consent at it’s core, the invitation is to open to new ways of being.

Long term relationship or new, learn the art of creating the space for love to flourish through the ancient practice of Tantra.

Maybe you are currently single and would like to take some new skills into your next relationship. Or maybe you're in an existing relation ship and would like to take your connection deeper.

This taster workshop will enhance your relationships, deepen intimacy, and teach you how to connect on the most profound level with your beloved.

– At Mojo Dance, Kev Chan, a specialist Mojo facilitator, will guide you through easy-to-follow solo, group and partner activities, supporting you to experience meaningful connection with yourself and others.

– In this increasingly online and busy world, we can feel isolated and disconnected from our bodies, each other, and our unique self-expression. Mojo Dance provides a respectful, playful space for good humans to experience the magic of embodied connection, within and around.

– There is no sexual activity at Mojo Dance.

– Mojo Dance is welcoming to people of all genders and sexualities. There are no ‘gender specific’ exercises.

* COMPETITIVE -

– There is no pressure or expectation to be a 'good dancer’, or to be good at anything. You’re good at being you. That’s plenty.

* A TALK-FEST -

– Other than the guided facilitation, Mojo Dance is a non-verbal space. All exercises are designed to be embodied rather than discussed. So you don't ever have to worry about what to say. You can't get it wrong. 🙂
