    Event description

Molly Carberry is a singer-songwriter from Chicago, IL living in Brunswick East. Her musical influences from her upbringing in the Midwestern U.S. bring a down-to-earth, folky feel to songs inspired by dramatic themes of heartbreak, health scares, and leaving home for somewhere far away. Rich, rhythmic lyricism inspired by artists like Fiona Apple and Jeff Tweedy is brought to life by arresting vocals and melodies that range from gentle and reflective to explosive and fiery, while always bittersweet.

Amy Flight is an indie pop/rock singer-songwriter based in Naarm (Melbourne). Previously a classical violinist, Amy gathered an eclectic array of influences over her years as a session musician, from funk to prog rock and from indie pop to Baroque. She began songwriting to express her own stories and intricate emotions that are otherwise hard to describe outside of music. With lyrics that bring the personality of a millennial with sarcasm, wit and subtle angst, Amy Flight presents sad songs you can dance hard to.

Lucy Harrington is a singer/songwriter living and writing on Wurundjeri land. With a sound that lives somewhere between indie and folk with pop sensibilities, her honest and unflinching storytelling is steeped in raw emotion and fresh perspective. Lucy writes on identity, grief, womanhood and heartbreak with a wit inspired by the likes of Angel Olsen, Julia Jacklin and Adrianne Lenker. Her sticky melodies will have you moving your feet, and stay with you long after you finish crying.
