You will be immersed in a Stretch & Sound session & gifts by Mon from Sense of Flow.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, we suggest wearing layers during the cold winter weather than you can remove as you warm up

  • Additional warm layers and items of support for the sound bath e.g. cosy jumper and socks, blanket, pillow

  • Your most open self

  • Reusable cups are welcome for the matcha bar
