That's why we're excited to introduce a new format: Our Moments of Change - Talks. In these sessions, remarkable individuals will share their personal journeys of overcoming obstacles. You will hear about the difficulties they faced, the lessons they learned and the growth they experienced. After their 30 minute talks, the speakers will engage in an open discussion, answering questions and exchanging ideas with you.

From the former Miss Austria, who opened the series in September and talked about her journey from outer to inner beauty after a vertebral fracture, to a horse whisperer in Chile who guides animals using only movements and talked about the power of listening.

This time, Michael Marchetti, co-founder of the Inner Development Academy, will tell his story. Michael, a former business jet captain, spent 15 years flying celebrities, politicians and oligarchs around the globe. Then, in 2017, he experienced a sacred moment in the northern forests of New Zealand when he came face to face with a 2000-year-old Kauri tree. This led him to question what success really means, which led to a shift in his values, his letter of resignation in 2020 and the founding of his first company, OneEightZero, in which he developed a holistic program with several universities to reconnect people with their inner purpose.
