Full Moon Sound and Ceremony

This month, I invite you to gather under the energy of the Taurus Full Moon to slow down, ground ourselves, let go of old stories, and pour some much-needed love and energy back into ourselves! ✨

Sometimes we get so used to carrying the weight of our past that we forget we're allowed to put it down.

The full moon is a beautiful time to pause, turn inward, and release what we've been carrying. The stories we've told ourselves, the things we've outgrown, the expectations we've carried, and the parts of ourselves we've pushed aside while taking care of everyone else.

Tonight is about making space.

We will begin by grounding into our bodies and connecting with ourselves through a guided drop-in, creating an intentional space for releasing what no longer feels like ours to carry and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that are ready for our attention, our love, and our energy.

Allow yourself to soften.

Allow yourself to feel.

Allow yourself to simply receive.

You don't have to know exactly what you're releasing. You don't need the perfect intention, and you don't have to arrive already feeling healed or “together.”

Come exactly as you are. 💜

Come tired, come overwhelmed, come hopeful, come curious. We'll make space for all of it, and who knows, maybe you'll leave feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to YOU. 🌕✨

Items optional to bring: Journal, pens, drum or rattle and anything you want add to the altar.

*There will be limited yoga mats, pillows and blankets available. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a pillow or an additional blanket for your comfort during the sound bath.

The host will be providing a small gift bag that will have a small journal inside, along a few other items. ✨
