New Moon Sound and Ceremony

This month I invite you to gather under the Scorpio New Moon to turn inward, get a little uncomfortable (in the good), release what we’ve been holding beneath the surface, and make space for the version of ourselves we're becoming ✨

Sometimes the things that need our attention the most are the things we've learned to avoid. The feelings we've tucked away. The patterns we keep repeating. The parts of ourselves we've hidden to feel accepted, safe, or loved. The versions of ourselves we've outgrown but haven't quite figured out how to let go of yet.

Scorpio energy invites us to go deeper and get honest. To look beneath the surface and meet the parts of ourselves with compassion that are craving to be seen, felt, and understood. I believe sometimes transformation doesn't always look like becoming someone new. Sometimes it's finally giving yourself permission to stop being who you had to be to survive! Tonight is about meeting ourselves where we are, even messy or uncomfortable parts.

We will begin by grounding into our bodies and connecting with ourselves through a guided drop in. My intention is creating a space for reflection, emotional release, and intention setting.

Allow yourself to feel what you've been avoiding and then allow yourself to release what you've outgrown. You don't have to have all the answers, you don't have to know exactly what needs to change and you don't need to arrive feeling you need to be a certain way or further in your journey.

Come exactly as you are. 💜

Come tired, overwhelmed, come hopeful, come curious. Well make space for all of it, and who knows, maybe you'll leave feeling a little clearer, a little lighter, and a little more connected to the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen for some time. 💜

This is your invitation to stop running from the parts of yourself that need love, trust the magic of beginning again, and remember that you are allowed to outgrow old versions of you.

Optional items to bring: A journal and pen, a drum or rattle, and anything you'd like to add to the altar that represents what you're releasing or calling into your life.

There will be limited yoga mats, pillows, and blankets available. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a pillow, or an additional blanket to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath.

I'll also be putting together a little gift bag for each of you, including a small journal and a few other goodies to support your time of reflection and intention setting. ✨💜
