A luxurious restorative yoga and therapeutic sound massage experience. Limited numbers to allow for plenty of personalised attention.
Lots of props, lots of sound massage (enjoy the pleasant sounds and vibrations from singing bowls) & lots of deep relaxation and nurturing.
No experience necessary.
