Mona Mesa / A thoughtfully curated experience for all—blending flow, food, and farm.

Mona Farm / Sunday 2 March / 12–4pm.

Phase one. Park and arrive 12pm via the garden arch. A ginger shot on arrival, a moment to land and find our space.

Phase two. 12:30pm mindful garden-led movement practice. A creative, dynamic and playful class featuring a balance block—a tool to challenge, assist, and explore. Mat provided.
15 minute sound-bath by Sense of Flow to close.

Phase three. 1:45pm lunch in the Woolshed Garden by the highland cows. A seasonal self-serve-style lunch with shared table. Non-alcoholic sparkling on arrival. Unlimited still & sparkling water.

Stay a while—four-hour access to the farm’s grounds, lawn games, animals, gardens, art and space to roam.
