Rolling, sliding, sharing weight and creating something special together. It's a glorious dance, and I want to share it with you.

Recently I've been thinking what I really like is Contact Improv (CI) as an ethical practice: honesty, presence, communication and community.

CI as a means of improving yourself and the world. That's what I offer. If that appeals to you please come along. It's a fun way to exercise with lovely people.

You can either book ahead or pay in cash in person.

General ticket: $25

For intermediate and experienced CI dancers, you're welcome to come along and make use of the space for your own practice and Pay-As-You-Will.
