    Event description

    Each week for an hour I host and offer some form of meditation. Usually a guided meditation but sometimes a different lens or possibility of meditation. The meditation itself goes for 35-40 minutes or so with some time to arrive and maybe a little conversation at the end.

    I draw on my own experience of compassionate self-inquiry, teaching meditation and yoga as well as time spent on Zen Mindfulness and Nature Quest retreats.

    It's suitable for anyone and helpful for anyone interested in cultivating greater calm and a heartful way of being.
