Monday night workouts are back for Term Three with a bit of a twist. Due to court availability we've got sessions looking a little different in T3.

3X3 Court Small Group Intensive sessions with our JDO. Limited to 4x athletes per session, well work on:

Shot technique and adaptability in varying situations
Ball screen breakdowns (passing windows and options, plan of attack against varying coverages)
Finishing through contact (long finishes, floaters, initiating contact to your advantage)

Don't miss this unique opportunity to work closely with our JDO and improve your game as we move into the 2027 Cycle.

Times below:

U14 and U16 - 6-7pm
U18 and YL (Plus Pathway Athletes) - 7-8pm
