My intent of this offering is to provide an opportunity for you to dedicate an hour at the beginning of your week to take sacred pause. To be guided into various healing visualisations, meditations or processes that are designed to anchor you deeply within yourself.

When we feel that deep connection to self we are well equipped to navigate all that life delivers. We can celebrate the successes more fully and equally feel supported as we dance with the curve balls that come our way. When three or more beings come together to practice as a collective, we enhance the potency of our power. (Yes, this also works if you listen back to the recording and don't get to participate live).

We will practice a different meditation with a mantra or process each week and these will be great tools to add into your ever growing toolbox. Some you will love, others may not resonate. You get to pick and choose what works for you over the 6 week journey together. Alternatively, you may purchase your ticket as needed and pick and choose which session you join in on.

You have the opportunity to 'play' with the meditations, mantras or processes over the course of each week as a way to either begin to incorporate some daily practices into your life or enhance perhaps what you already do.

My daily practices are very organic and changeable, as I stay attuned to what will serve me best each day. So don't be frightened of the thought of daily practices as a 'straight jacket' They will change as you do, we are not linear beings. We are creative and organic beings and we need to adjust, as our lives do through different stages or seasons.
