I would like to focus on COMMUNITY, CREATION and CONNECTION. We don't have a consistent event to train in Sydney so I hope I can change that.  Most of the lessons I will have routines to share. However, some weeks I might just go for a bit of a sweat session with a range of drills, jamming and technique fun - just to break up the vibe! 

I'm going to be creating a sequencial routine each week starting in week 2.
