What will this involve?

Every Monday during the school term this event will alternate between cacao meditation and sound sessions:

CACAO MEDITATION SESSIONS

CACAO: Share delicious cup of cacao & connect with the healing vibration of this heart opening plant medicine.

MEDITATION: Be guided through a beautiful meditation designed to support you in connection to self & your own magnificence.

SOUND BATH: Bathe in the healing sounds and vibrations of the crystal signing bowls, soothing, nourishing & healing your soul.

This offering is available to those who have an established connection to cacao or who are just beginning their journey.

If you would like to come along and don't want drink ceremonial cacao - that is so fine! Please come along. A delicious herbal tea will also be provided and the Spirit of Cacao can be called in to your heart regardless. You can still honour the spirit and energy of cacao and enjoy this sacred and dedicated time for you.

SOUND SESSIONS

Designed to offer you deep relaxation and healing through the magical sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls & Koshi chimes.

This relaxing journey involves you simply lying down comfortably, and allowing the sounds and vibrations to weave their magic on your mind, body, and spirit. The harmonious tones create a profound sense of peace, guiding you into a state of tranquillity and inner calm.

Both these experiences offer the opportunity to connect with others in your community and in coming together sharing this powerful group experience.

This weekly event offers a beautiful opportunity to take some time out for yourself and can be a regular attendance or just when it works with your schedule.

Whether you decide to attend for the whole term or on a more casual basis, bookings are essential due to the limited spaces available.

Options to purchase the Combo term pack that includes all sessions for the term (both cacao meditation and sound sessions for the whole term) or the Cacao Meditation term pack (cacao meditation fortnightly) or the Sound Sessions term pack (sound sessions fortnightly).

If you want to attend when it fits into your schedule you can just purchase a casual pass for either event.

These sessions will run each Monday for the duration of Term 1 2026 on the following dates:

Monday 23rd February - Sound Immersion

What to bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow or cushion. The Studio has bolsters and blankets we can use or feel free to bring your own. We will be sitting on the floor and lying down so please bring with you what you need to be comfortable. Also bring with you water, journal or notebook and pen.

On the purchase of your ticket you will receive a email with all the details. If you have purchased Cacao & Meditation session you will be provided with some information regarding ceremonial cacao and how best to prepare, please read this information prior to the event.
