Money Skills @ the MAC
Event description
3 FREE Money Skills Sessions at the MAC (Mission Australia Centre) will start on 22nd February for 3 weeks.
We are partnering with Wesley Mission Financial Literacy Program so you can -
BE IN CHARGE OF YOUR MONEY!
Week 1:
- know your income and expenses
- know where your money goes
Week 2:
- Manage your money
- Goal setting
- Saving
Week 3:
- Getting into and out of debt
- managing your debt
- where to go for help
We are so pleased to respond to what community asked for. The Money Skills Sessions are open to the public to attend so please let your friends, neighbours, clients, anyone interested, know to come along.
Numbers are limited. The preference is to come to all sessions.
Sessions are 2-4pm Tuesdays on:
- 22 February
- 1 March
- 8 March
The 1 hr session will be followed by a cuppa and chat.
These soft entry points assist in breaking down social isolation, learning new skills for resilience and creating opportunities for referrals to targeted support services.
