This is NOT a Financial Planner Workshop.

This is NOT an Accounting Workshop.

This is NOT a Financial Investment Workshop.

This is NOT an Educational & Informational Workshop.

This is an Experiential Day Retreat.

This is for those who want to process & discuss their habits and emotions about money, finances, and investments.

In my personal experience in men’s group (more than a decade), the relationship with money is a subject never explored, plus poorly done, when and if done. This is one of the biggest shadow and blindside in every men’s group I have been involved with.

This is a Day Retreat to go deeper on this matter by exploring from a different perspective.

Day Retreat for you (men) who want to:

1. To develop a deeper and authentic relationship with ‘Money’;

2. Learn from your own experience of earning and spending it;

3. Gain insight on how to use it to an Abundant Life;

4. Connect with Nature, Silence, Money & Spirituality;

III - For Who:

This is a men’s retreat (only), ideally for you who:

Never have the opportunity to explore practical and philosophical ways to deal with ‘Money’;
is in your mid-life (30 y/old above);
is looking for new meaning in life, especially how to reconcile the Financial side of life with the Heart.

IV - The Outcomes might be:

Gain a new vision about your life;
Learn from your ‘failures’ and ‘victories’ about your financial life;
Identify and connect your personal values with the way you spend and earn money;
Have a few self-concepts challenged, embraced, and having the feeling of excitement about your new way of seeing and perceiving yourself.

V - What will happen on the Retreat:

In this retreat, all the activities will be through invitation only. Nothing will be forced onto you. The most important matter will be your willingness and intention in challenging what you know about yourself.

There will be NO financial strategies to become rich;
The Reflections will be around the 4 myths of the system we live in explored by Richard Rohr, and around the movement from scarcity to abundant mindset explored by Lynne Twist;
Opportunity for Sacred Sharing about your Financial Life with the Way of Council guidelines;
Solitude & Reflective Time in Nature;
Group Meditation;
It is included the morning & afternoon tea (if Covid Restrictions allow), Lunch, and 'teaching' sessions.

VII - About the Facilitator:

Felipe Oliveira is one of the first 25 The Way of Council facilitators in Queensland, plus a registered counsellor for men who are seeking an Authentic Life.

He has been on his own deeper journey for more than 10 years, always creating workshops and retreats targeting males who are searching for a meaningful and authentic life. During his Master's Degree in Counselling, he dived deep in men’s issues through evidenced-based therapies (Gestalt and Person-Centred) along with the Deep Psychology of Jung and the sacred teachings of Joseph Campbell through the Hero’s Journey - the teachings that influenced the classic movie busters (Star Wars, Matrix, Gladiator, Braveheart and etc.).

He, also, has been passionate and advocate of the concept of the traps of the White Male System (Capitalism) named by Anne Wilson and, more recently, about how to develop a Soulfully Relationship with money from Lynne Twist.
