A signed third-party agreement is the starting point, not the finish line. RTOs remain fully responsible for any services delivered on their behalf — which means ongoing, evidenced monitoring of every third-party arrangement, not a filing-cabinet contract you revisit at renewal time. This session gives you a practical, sustainable approach to monitoring third-party providers so you can demonstrate genuine oversight, not just a paper agreement.

Key Topics

· What “monitoring” needs to look like beyond the contract itself

· Building a monitoring schedule and checklist proportionate to risk

· Evidencing oversight: site visits, data checks, and provider reporting

· Responding to issues identified through monitoring activity

· Common audit findings in third-party arrangements and how to avoid them
