Monkey Mind Workshop

Join author/illustrator Rebecca Palmer for an art workshop and story

time presentation of Monkey Mind - a picture book about anxiety.

Children will learn about negative and positive self-talk, mindfulness

and then create their own monkeys. Signed copies of Monkey Mind

available for purchase at the event.

Suitable for children 5 to 10 years of age.

Bookings open for these on 15 December.

Places are limited and bookings are essential for each child at these sessions. Visit

Parents or carers must stay with their child during these sessions. Childcare centres and

groups must phone for bookings. If you are unable to attend after booking please notify us.
