Join artist Francesco at Old Stables Pottery & Gallery for an intimate, hands-on introduction to the beautiful world of monoprinting.

Monoprinting is a spontaneous and expressive printmaking process where each print is created as a unique artwork. Working with ink, texture, layering and simple mark-making techniques, you’ll explore how an image can evolve through experimentation and happy accidents.

Francesco will guide you through the process, sharing his approach to composition, texture and creating depth. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, play with materials and develop your own visual language—no previous printmaking experience is required.

Set within the character and warmth of the Old Stables, this workshop is part of the wider exhibition experience, offering a chance to slow down, make something by hand and connect with the creative process.
