Reclaim Your Brain

Think better, feel better and live with greater clarity in a world competing for your attention

Meet your presenter

Dr Mark Williams OAM

Our attention has become one of the most valuable—and most frequently targeted—resources in modern life.

Reclaim Your Brain explores the four core pillars that shape a meaningful, resilient and connected life: Agency, Vitality, Connection and Meaning.

Drawing on more than twenty-five years of neuroscience research, Dr Mark Williams OAM unpacks how modern environments can hijack attention, distort identity and overwhelm the brain’s natural systems for wellbeing.

Mark blends science with powerful personal stories, including the experiences that shaped the writing of his book, along with insights from Olympians, global leaders and everyday people doing extraordinary things.

Participants will learn practical, evidence-based strategies to strengthen focus, deepen relationships, restore cognitive energy and build a life anchored in purpose rather than distraction.

Agency

Strengthen your ability to make purposeful choices, direct your attention and respond intentionally rather than being driven by distraction.

Vitality

Understand how to protect and restore the cognitive and physical energy needed for focus, resilience, wellbeing and meaningful work.

Connection

Explore how authentic relationships and a genuine sense of belonging support brain health, emotional wellbeing and human flourishing.

Meaning

Reconnect with the values, relationships and sense of purpose that help create a meaningful life beyond constant activity and distraction.

A clear and compassionate guide for anyone wanting to think better, feel better and live with greater clarity.
