Montfort Beach, Blairgowrie Sunset walk - Mid Pace Hiker 6km's
Event description
MID PACE HIKER - Event Leader - Taryn
Our "Mid-Pace Hikers" group strikes the perfect balance between fitness and enjoyment. These hikes are designed for those seeking a challenge without feeling rushed, offering plenty of opportunities to capture photos and appreciate the stunning natural surroundings. They’re ideal for hikers who want to improve their strength and endurance while connecting with like-minded individuals who value the outdoors and the benefits of regular, moderately paced exercise.
Pace: 10-13 minutes per kilometre.
If you're unsure whether this pace suits your fitness level, we recommend starting with our "Relaxed Hiker" hikes, which provide a great introduction to the group and allow you to build confidence at a gentler pace.
Join us for an unforgettable SUNSET walk on Wednesday 29th January...
This is an absolutely lovely walk starting from Koonya Ocean Beach. We will be walking on the spectacular coastal track. We have meticulously mapped out this hike to give you the wow factor without going too crazy with the kilometres. If you're looking for some fitness to improve your health then the coastal track will give you that. If you're looking for incredible views, ROCKPOOLS and WATERFALLS then this walk is going to be truly spectacular. The tide is at its lowest just as the sun is setting...so you're in for a real treat!
We can't wait to share this experience with you.
We will take it easy on the track....so you don't need to worry about the pace :)
Let us guide you to new heights!
