Online Breathwork (how does it work) -

Firstly there will be some on boarding questions we request to make sure that Online Breathwork is safe for you.

Then once you have invested in yourself you will receive an email that includes a training video called, Self-Navigation with Dan P.

In this video I will be teaching and sharing tools to help assist you throughout the breathwork session. This creates safety, empowerment and prior knowledge that will be very valuable to you as you self navigate experiences in your online sessions.

I'll also be teaching grounding & decompressing techniques to help with your integration. You will have the opportunity to join our private Facebook Online Breathe group to ask questions, share your journey and to stay connected with the community.
