@FirstName

Welcome to my monthly Breathwork & Sound Healing class.

Each month, we explore a different wellness theme, giving you the opportunity to experience new breathing techniques and learn practical tools to support your health and wellbeing. Themes may include reducing stress, improving sleep, creating emotional balance, increasing energy, strengthening resilience and improving focus.

What to Expect

This calming one-hour class is designed to help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and reconnect you with your breath and body.

You will be guided through:

🌬️ Conscious breathing techniques connected to the monthly theme
🧠 Practical nervous system regulation tools
🧘 Gentle breath and body awareness practices
🎶 A deeply relaxing Sound Healing session to help you integrate the experience

The Sound Healing session at the end of the class gives your body and nervous system time to rest, absorb the benefits of the breathwork and settle into a calmer, more grounded state.

This class is suitable for anyone feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or mentally busy. No previous breathwork experience is required. You will be supported to participate at a level that feels safe and comfortable for you.

Preparing for Your Session

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. Layers are recommended, as your body temperature may change during breathwork.

Mats, blankets and cushions will be provided. You may also like to bring:

• A water bottle
• A journal and pen
• Any personal comfort item that will help you relax

For your comfort, please avoid eating a heavy meal for at least two hours before the session. A light snack is perfectly fine. Please arrive well hydrated and limit caffeine beforehand, as it may stimulate your nervous system and affect your ability to relax.
