PART 2 with James Killick (Founder of Njin AI)

James is the founder of Devwiz and Njin AI, and the creator of the AI Orchestration Program….a system that turns the knowledge already stuck inside a business owner's head into a working AI operating system they can actually use on the tools, in the ute or on site.

He's spent the last few years helping multi-million dollar business owners and senior leaders put AI to work in their day-to-day. That includes running live training webinars for hundreds of senior leaders from businesses around the world, teaching them how to use AI to get real work done (not just play with ChatGPT).

What to Expect

This is a build night. You'll set up a working AI tool on your own laptop.

It only works if you come ready. Sort these four before you walk in.

1. Get a paid Claude account

Get Claude Pro. Even a one-month trial is fine. Just make sure you can log in on the night.

2. The Claude Desktop app

Download and install it on the laptop you're bringing. Don't leave this to the night.

3. One tool connected

Connect at least one tool, like your Gmail. This shows you how connectors work and means you're ready to go.

4. A real problem to fix, with your paperwork

Pick one job you hate doing. Bring the docs that go with it.

Example: building a quoting tool?

• Write down how you quote, step by step.

• Bring 3 to 5 old quotes you've sent.

We feed those in so the AI sounds like you, not like a robot.
