We will come together once a month to learn, to share, to grow, to connect, and to hold each other accountable in our healing journey. I am very firmly of the belief that many of the answers we are seeking lie within, but often, we need to feel safe, held, and supported to make that journey inwards.

Each month will have a different psychology-based theme. Each session will include teaching, skills-based practice, and meditation.
