Laughter Yoga is a unique and uplifting experience that combines guided laughter exercises, deep breathing, gentle movement, and playful connection to help reduce stress, boost mood, support pain relief, and improve overall wellbeing.

No yoga experience, fitness level, or “reason to laugh” is needed. We laugh as an exercise, and the body naturally begins to experience the real physical and emotional benefits of laughter. By combining laughter with conscious breathing, this class helps calm the nervous system, release tension, increase oxygen flow, stimulate feel-good hormones, and leave you feeling lighter, energised, and more connected.

This is a welcoming and supportive space where you can let go of pressure, step away from the busyness of life, and reconnect with joy in a safe and uplifting environment.

Perfect for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, low energy, chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, or simply wanting more fun, connection, and laughter in their life.

What to expect:
• Guided Laughter Yoga exercises
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Gentle movement and playful interaction
• Nervous system support and stress relief
• Support for emotional wellbeing and natural pain relief
• A welcoming and judgment-free environment
• A short guided meditation at the end to help you relax and integrate the experience

Come as you are and leave feeling happier, calmer, lighter, and more alive.
