Join us for a morning of gentle reflection and practical wisdom. Rachel O’Rourke, a seasoned meditation teacher with over 20 years’ experience, will share Buddhist practices to help cultivate peace of mind, happiness, and clarity in everyday life.
This session includes a guided meditation and is suitable for beginners, experienced meditators, and anyone curious about Buddhist teachings. Rachel’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and welcoming to all.
No experience needed. All are warmly welcome.
