The last Sunday of every month is our Community Dharma gathering!

Join us as one of our Sangha members gives a Guided Meditation, Dharma Talk and Q&A Discussion 
In the meditation class, you will be instructed on sitting properly, preparation for practice and engaging in short rounds of meditation practice.

The monthly meditation sessions are a great introduction to the 8-week calm abiding meditation courses.

Enjoy the positive benefits of sitting with others in meditation

Morning tea is provided after teaching

All welcome! Seats are limited so bookings are essential.
