Monthly Mental Health Hike (April 2025)

Come hike with us! This 1x/month FREE group provides the opportunity to create community while reducing stress, calming anxiety, and harnessing the power of nature & positive psychology. Kids are welcome with an attending adult. 

**Weather dependent. If it is actively snowing or raining, we will likely cancel and reschedule due to the road and trail conditions. You will receive an email if this happens.** 

This month we will meet at the Falls Trail in Cunningham Falls State Park (William Houck Lake area). There is an admission fee to the park that you will need to pay upon entrance (https://dnr.maryland.gov/publi...)
