Enjoy a 2-hour journey through gentle movement, qi gong, myofascial release, yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing at the Hall Uniting Church, in Kyogle, NSW.

Reconnect to yourself and set an intention for the month ahead.

Monthly sessions, on the 4th Saturday of the month (except for December) from 10 am until 12pm:

Everybody is welcomed, beginners are encouraged.

Please get there few minutes before 10am so we can start on time.

Wear comfy cloths and bring some water, your yoga mat and a blanket or something to keep you warm for the last meditation, sound healing part of the session.

If you don't have a yoga mat, just let me know, I am happy to lend you one.

Contraindications for Sound Healing:

Sound-induced epilepsy.
Non-sound-induced epilepsy
Pregnancy.
Cardiac or brain implants: People with cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, stents or shunts, or deep brain stimulation devices (DBS) should first get approval from their doctor.

Caution is advised for people with serious mental health challenges (a history of severe depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, etc.)

If you are unsure, you should consult with your doctor before receiving any sound healing.
