Join us for "Monthly Musings," a reflective and creative workshop where we pause to review the past month and set intentions for the upcoming one. Through thematic exploration and engaging our creativity, this session promises a colourful journey into the deeper parts of your psyche.

This Is For You If:

You're seeking deeper self-awareness and reflective practices
You're looking to understand and befriend your internal dynamics

What Is Included:

Guided reflection and journalling to recap the past month and set future intentions
Creative exercises using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore personal themes
Interaction in dyads for shared witnessing and deeper connection
A supportive environment encouraging curiosity, creativity, and connection
Snacks, tea and all art materials provided!

You Will Leave This Workshop With:

Clearly defined intentions and a THEME for the coming month, aligned with an understanding of the parts of you surrounding this
A deeper connection to your innermost thoughts, feelings, values, desires and dreams
Insights into the different parts of your psyche and how they manifest around your chosen theme
Empowering techniques for continuous self-reflection and awareness
