This circle is designed to help you release stagnant energy, restore balance, and connect deeply with yourself and others through Reiki-infused practices and guided meditation.

What to Bring

A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on
A cushion or blanket for extra comfort
A water bottle to stay hydrated
A journal and pen if you’d like to reflect after the circle
An open heart and intention for what you wish to release or receive

Optional: crystals, talismans, or personal items you’d like to charge in the Reiki circle or place near the crystal grid.
