We're back running The Monthly Reset from this October!

These online guided reflection circles are your chance to slow down, journal about the month, and connect with people also trying to find moments of stillness in their busy lives.

This month's themes are creativity, expression and experimentation. Spring invites us to reflect on how we show up in the world and can connect with our sense of creativity. Whether you already have a creative practice or you're just starting, the session's prompts will offer you a chance to get curious about self-expression!

What to expect:
• Guided reflection and journalling prompts
• Space to celebrate and process the past month
• Intention setting for the month ahead
• Meaningful connection with like-minded people

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and more reconnected with yourself.

What you'll need:
• A journal and pen
• A quiet space where you can focus
• Internet connection

I would love for you to join us in a space that's deeply intentional and connective.

Please note that session is not recorded to allow for deeper presence and safety. All ticket holders will be sent the journal prompts after the end of the call.
