There's nothing you need to "do" - simply lie back on your mat and let the sounds wash over you. 

You might drift into a meditative state, experience waves of relaxation, or even fall into peaceful sleep - all responses are welcome and natural.

Each session begins with a brief centring practice and gentle breathing to help you settle. 

You'll then be guided through a pure sound immersion, concluding with a gentle transition back to regular awareness, feeling restored and renewed.

What to bring: 

Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, and eye mask for your comfort. 

Mats and bolsters are provided at the studio. 

Wear comfortable, layered clothing as body temperature can fluctuate during deep relaxation.
