Friday Night Sound Bath at Strong Pilates Studio

Close out the working week with a deeply relaxing 75-minute sound bath held inside the calm, sound-proof studio at Strong Pilates.

This monthly Friday night offering is designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and fully rest. The room is softly lit and sound-proof, creating a quiet, contained environment where you can comfortably receive the sounds without distraction.

With 17 Pilates beds available, spaces are limited but ensure a comfortable and spacious setup for each guest.
