First Tuesday Monthly Yin Yoga | 75min Restorative Ritual
Step into spring with a monthly 75-minute Yin Yoga ritual designed to restore, release, and realign. Held on the first Tuesday of every month at 5:45pm, this class is your midweek pause — a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.
Postures are held longer with the support of props, allowing the fascia and connective tissues to unwind and the nervous system to settle. Yin in spring helps ground the body and balance the season’s expanding energy, leaving you nourished and spacious.

About the Teacher
Deb Shaw is a certified yoga instructor specialising in Yin and therapeutic Yoga practices, drawing inspiration from all of her teachers. With a gentle, mindful approach, she guides students to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies.
Deb’s classes embody a philosophy of deep listening, spaciousness, and attunement to the innate body’s wisdom. Accessible for beginners and enriching for experienced practitioners, her sessions provide a safe, supportive environment where each participant can find stillness, restoration, and inner calm.
When she’s not teaching, Deb loves exploring nature, weaving seasonal awareness into her classes, and creating spaces where people feel invited to rest, unwind, and restore.
