Let's come together for Yoga with Bec

Sunday 5th February 2023 | 5:15pm - 7.00pm

Join us in our beautiful spacious hall, for mindful movement and community connection on the February Full Moon.

Arrive from 5:15pm for a cup of lovely organic tea, all to please arrive by 5.40pm for a gentle vinyasa yoga flow with extended savasana. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoginis. A beautiful opportunity to nourish your mind, body and spirit in a safe, supportive and welcoming space.

BYO yoga mat, water bottle and eye pillow for savasana if you own one (highly recommend). Other optional BYO items - yoga blocks and bolster or a large rolled up beach towel to use as a prop for savasana if you wish.

*Unfortunately this class is not for women who are currently pregnant as Bec's certification doesn't include pregnancy yoga at this time (apologies - I truly wish I could include you all).
