Event description

Parents and Carers are invited to come along to hear from industry experts in health and nutrition on how food can impact your teenager’s mental health. Our expert will discuss:

  • What food your son should be eating for good gut and mental health
  • How to get your son invested in what they should be eating
  • Quick, easy and nutritious meals and snacks that your son can select, prepare and cook on his own
  • Simple food hacks to improve your son’s health and wellbeing.

This will be held in Draney Theatre on the 19th April at 6pm.
