Moonday Reiki Sound Bath

Spend your Moon day with Chel and Vega as you drift into bliss for a Reiki Sound Bath. In this unique offering, we channel Reiki, an ancient tool of universal life force energy, by intuitively attuning to the subtle body - scanning and cleansing stagnant energy, as your chakra system becomes balanced. As you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of various sound scapes, you will dive into the subconscious through hypnosis, receiving profound healing from your cells and out to your auric field. 

Many report a feeling or sense of wholeness: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, as well as oneness with all living beings throughout the rest of the week when attuning to these frequencies. 

We are honored to share this special ritual with you all, as you experience deep levels of healing by committing to receiving, resting and relaxing.

⚘ Eat light before you arrive

⚘ Bring all your creature comforts, i.e. yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and a journal for any intention-setting or reflections post bath.

⚘ We will be offering tea before we get started

⚘ ALWAYS make yourself at home in The Temple 

⚘ This is a shoes off space, you're welcome to wear socks if that feels most cozy

⚘ The event will end around 9pm, but we always stay, process and commune after - and we invite you to immerse yourself here. 

⚘ If you feel called to share any food offerings after the event, we always welcome nourishment to share together!

⚘ 7:00pm - 7:10pm: Hang with us in The Living Room + drink tea + orient to the space + connect with others

⚘ 7:10pm: Head into The Temple to gather in circle 

⚘ 7:15pm - 7:30pm: Connections and questions 

⚘ 7:30pm - 8:30pm: The main event 

⚘ 8:30pm - 8:45pm: Processing, writing, sharing

⚘ 8:45pm - 9pm: Closing out to head back to The Living Room for more community 

This is a donation-based event. The exchange that is offered should feel true to you and your capacity and accessibility. If you are able, we graciously call in donations between $11-33 before or after the evening. However, we welcome all, and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds, as we believe money is not the only form of currency.

Chel: Chel is our resident Joy Guide and Love Bearer. She brings her vast background with over a decade of death work and mental health non-profit experience, writing, theater, and various healing modalities. She is a trained Reiki Master/teacher, Past Life Regressionist, Hypnotherapist, and Psychedelic Guide. Chel is a community builder by design, as this has been her focus with every role she has possessed. Her passions lie in guiding others to heal and uncover authentic joy through self-expression, self-reflection and play. She believes micro and macro transformation is not are not only accessible, but very possible when we are moving from our internal compass and embodying our divine truths from a heart-centered space.

Vega: Vega is a Psychic Therapist, Solarpunk Artist and Community Builder. Their work is powered by their vivid memory and vision of the future. Lead by their heart, Vega explores both art and therapy in ways that challenge outdated paradigms and belief systems by carving a healing path detached from our current colonial and imperial capitalist matrix, to inspire a more conscious, meaningful, compassionate and sustainable one… a path towards together and back to our mother Earth. Vega specializes in subconscious reprogramming, psychotherapy, motivational speaking, psychic perception, hypnotherapy and emotional healing all in one.Their ability to see through one’s soul allows them to witness one’s higher self and therefore the healing path leading to one’s highest timeline. Vega is someone who people come to to awaken and discover parts of themselves they have yet to meet, love or free… To consciously dream their lives.
