What to bring:

• Any instruments (shakers, rattles, hand drums, etc)
• Any items (flowers, photos, crystals, etc) to place on the central altar
• Your reusable water bottle
• a cushion/blanket/ yoga mat to sit on

What to expect :

• Open with a prayer, setting and stating our intention
• Sing songs in call and response tradition
• Invitation for individual song shares
