About Shakti Sister Circle!

An Intimate space for women to dive deep into their primal essence and connection to their body. To come as you are and embrace playfulness and femininity. To understand your body in a new way through movement and dance. Every woman is welcome here, regardless of ability, age, etc. We All can move. We All are allowed to move. And most importantly as women, we deserve to show up and move how we want to.

Dance in many cultures has been a healing process to awaken and open the body. In our circle, we believe that movement is not only medicine but a gateway to self-expression, empowerment, and healing. Each month, we intertwine the energetic themes of astrology and the full moon with the freedom of dance, creating a powerful fusion that nourishes both body and soul.

What's the plan for the evening?

Welcome to the Sunset and Moon Rise Dance Awakening on the 4th of June! A women's circle like no other! Our circle is not your average gathering; we embrace the magic of dance, and harness the power of astrology and the full moon energy bringing forth a unique theme each month, that allows you to express and explore different facets of yourself. 🌙✨💃

This month's theme is 🔥 SOULFIRE 🔥 inspired by Sagittarius energy with a Cultural Fusion playlist: Afro beats, Reggaeton, and Latino music to celebrate the rich diversity of cultures, reminding us of the beauty of global unity in our community.

We will begin the night with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, a traditional ritual to honour the sacred cacao plant and open our hearts to love and connection. Then, we will move into a Full Moon Ritual, tapping into the potent energies of the Full Moon in Sagittarius, to release what no longer serves us and setting our intentions for the future.

You will then be guided through dance and movement practices that will activate and awaken the  wild, sensual, playful, powerful and radiant woman within you. We move from a place of slowness to high energy to allow the body to fully feel and become awakened. You will release, shake, play, and which ever way your soul needs to move.

To conclude, you will be gently guided through a calming breathwork and meditation where you will have the opportunity to ground yourself and integrate the experiences of the night. Then immersed in sound healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy in our bodies to receive deeper wisdom and clarity and topping off with a nourishing practice to integrate and close the container.

Whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete novice, this moon circle and Dance Awakening is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, explore your inner world, and embrace your full potential.

This is a Full 2 hour transformative journey that focuses on how we see, love and nourish our bodies through movement and connection with others and our Self.
