Deanne & Narelle each bring over 20 years experience with their passion of healing, mentoring & nurturing Souls through their Spiritual Journey and Life Path.

Deanne is a Practitioner in Biofield Tuning, Zone Therapy, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) & a Reiki Master . Crystal Healing & Gridding is an artform she’s also passionate for and loves sharing her knowledge on how to integrate this mastery into your daily life.

In addition to working with the body on an emotional, mental & physical level, she acts as a Spiritual Translator between an Inner Soul & Higher Self. Her natural ability to read Soul Blueprints awards her the privilege of assisting, guiding & mentoring those on their awakening journey.

Narelle is a certified Sound of Being™ group facilitator and individual practitioner, recognized by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. Developed by Sound Healing Australia, the Sound of Being™ modality combines meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to create a unique and transformative experience. Narelle offers these sessions in a nurturing and supportive environment, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and inner peace.

PREPARATION:

Arrival Time is 2:00 pm.
Please only eat a light lunch prior. No alcohol and coffee the day of, or the evening before is advisable when participating in Sound Meditation & breath work.

FULL MOON RISING EXPERIENCE -&- DINNER OPTIONS:

Moon rise will take place around 6:49 pm with participants settling in on the sand by 6:30 pm to enjoy dinner overlooking Ocean.

There is a 45 min break from ending Sound Meditation to Beach arrival time for ordering dinner at one of several Seafood Cafes & local Restaurants along the Sandgate Esplanade or near The Lotus Room in Brighton
.
We suggest during afternoon tea break of 30 mins you choose a Cafe and pre order your meal for collection at 6:15 pm if you wish to dine out.

Alternatively your welcome to bring your own dinner and enjoy on the sand, at a covered picnic table or on grass. All these options are available on site with perfect views of Moon Rising.

An IGA is next door to Studio for purchasing drinks on arrival or during Afternoon Tea
