🌕 Sacred Balance

A Moonflower Gathering Full Moon Women's Circle

Honouring the dance between feminine and masculine energy.

Sunday, 25 October | The Kosha Shala, Shoalwater

🌙This is Your invitation

Beautiful sisters we warmly invite you to our next gathering

There is a rhythm to life that calls us to both soften and rise.

To be still enough to listen, yet courageous enough to move forward.

But somewhere between the doing, the giving, the holding it all together and the constant demands of everyday life, we can lose touch with the quieter parts of ourselves.

So under the illuminating light of the Full Moon, we invite you to join us for Sacred Balance,

A nurturing Moonflower Women's Circle exploring the beautiful interplay between our feminine and masculine energies.

This gathering is an invitation to explore where you may be holding too tightly, pushing too hard or giving so much of yourself that you have forgotten how to receive.

✨ What to expect

A sacred opening ritual to arrive, settle and connect within the circle.

Kinesiology-inspired practices and activation points to support awareness and reconnection.

A moment of stillness within Meditation, intention-setting and connection with the energy of the Full Moon.

Journalling and meaningful sharing in a safe, nurturing space where you are welcome to come exactly as you are.

🤍 An opportunity to be witnessed, reconnect with yourself and remember that you don't have to hold everything together all the time.

This is your invitation to come home to yourself.

Simply come as you are.

Whether you arrive feeling full, overwhelmed, disconnected or ready for a new chapter, there is space for you here.

Leave the outside world at the door for a little while and allow yourself to be held in the warmth of sisterhood.

Our Circle will be held at Kosha Connections -

19 Coventry Road - 5pm sharp start time (arrive 5 minutes early and wait for the doors to open please)

Limited Spaces to keep the circle connected, $45 pp

Gluten Free treats and nourishing Cacao provided

Bring your journal, a water bottle and anything that helps you feel comfortable.

We will provide a nurturing space, cushions and bolsters to help you settle in.

We look forward to welcoming you into the circle.

With love and light
