Event description

You give so much to everyone else. What if, for once, you gave yourself the space to recharge, reconnect and be held, within the rhythms of nature, and sisterhood.

  • You want soul-deep nourishment already booked into the family calendar (with all the logistics taken care of) because you are done with scrappy bits of ‘me-time’ and not knowing how to make the most of it.
  • You crave more than hurried small-talk at school pick-ups. You're longing for deep, meaningful connections with women who truly get you.
  • You yearn for the freedom and aliveness that comes from spending quality time in wild places, as an antidote to the overwhelm and dissociation of modern life.

Imagine stepping away from the noise and chaos of daily life and into the stillness of nature, where you can sink into something that is grounding, inspiring and real.
Bare feet on the earth; space to breathe; conversations that nourish your soul.

Embark on a unique three-month journey that intertwines:

    - guided full moon circles;

    - local hikes; and

    - a supportive, online conversation space.

This experience will deepen your connection with yourself, with other like-minded Mums, and with nature’s rhythms here on the Sunshine Coast.

Full Moon Circles are an invitation to pause, sink your toes into the sand, breathe deeply, move freely, and let yourself relax into a space of gratitude, reflection, intuition and belonging. Through movement, guided meditation, journaling you will release stress, tune in to the wisdom of your body, and feel the support of sisterhood.

Local Hikes have been selected to explore different landscapes across on the Sunshine Coast, using designated hiking trails (expect uneven surfaces). Each hike will cover roughly 7-10km, giving you all the benefits of cardiovascular exercise, as well as time for conversation, rest stops, and nature-immersion activities. You will return home feeling satisfied and resourced for the week ahead.

In-person events are scheduled fortnightly as follows:

    • Full moon circle - evening Friday 14 March
    • Hike - morning Sunday 30 March
    • Full moon circle - Sunday 13 April
    • Hike - Sunday 4 May
    • Full moon circle - Sunday 11 May
    • Hike - Saturday 24 May.

It is highly unlikely that everyone will be able to attend ALL the in-person events, and that is perfectly OK.

The online conversation space will provide an opportunity to share insights and reflections on the nature-connection practices and themes covered each week.

This experience is limited to 12 women to foster and build strong connections (that will hopefully extend beyond this container). All women are welcome — whether you’re new to nature-based practices or already have your own personal rituals to connect with the earths cycles.

No experience necessary, just a love of nature, and a willingness to connect.

All these events will be held outdoors, and therefore, are weather dependent. The host will check the weather forecast 24 hours prior to each event and be in touch if needed, to adjust plans as required.

Please reach out with any questions (including the option for a month-by-month payment plan, if is more accessible to you right now).
