An elegant long table dining experience overlooking the turquoise waters of Ningaloo beneath the glow of the full moon.

Hosted at the Exmouth Yacht Club and catered by Fork & Knife, this sophisticated coastal gathering celebrates exceptional local seafood, premium produce and the beauty of dining beside the ocean at night.

Long tables, candlelight and sea breezes combine to create an atmosphere that feels intimate, relaxed and unmistakably Western Australian.

Refined, immersive and deeply atmospheric.

The carefully curated four-course menu showcases the region's exceptional seafood, station beef, local produce and premium wines, thoughtfully paired to complement each course.

Begin with delicate crab ravioli finished with burnt butter and paired with Alkoomi's elegant Unwooded Chardonnay, before enjoying roasted cauliflower with romesco and sumac, matched with a refreshing Alkoomi Rosé. The main course features slow-cooked boneless beef short ribs alongside Exmouth Wild prawns, potato gratin, asparagus and chimichurri, served with Alkoomi Shiraz. The evening concludes with a decadent Chocolate Three Ways, accompanied by a glass of port.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Exmouth's night sky, this intimate dining experience brings together exceptional food, premium wines and the unique beauty of the Gascoyne for a truly memorable evening.
